Baby Goat Spring Equinox Yoga March 21st 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM $6 suggested donation per person 12 & under FREE
This is not silent studio yoga.
This is baby goats jumping on your back, nibbling your mat, and possibly supervising your downward dog.
Come early so the goats can get used to you (and you can get used to them). Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. No open-toed shoes. Bring water and your yoga mat.
We are a rescue-first sanctuary and certified National Wildlife Habitat, and every donation helps support the animals and preserve this land.
Come for the yoga. Stay for the laughs. Leave with a regulated nervous system and hay in your hair.
