Bat Day at the Cookeville History Museum
Grab the kids and “fly” over to the museum for a day dedicated to our favorite nocturnal neighbors! Join us on Saturday, March 28, from 2:00 – 3:30 PM for an afternoon of exploration and education as we close our exhibit, “Into the Underworld: Caving in the Upper Cumberland.”
What’s happening:- The Great Bat Search: Scour the museum on a themed scavenger hunt.- Hands-on Fun: Enjoy bat-related activities.- Cave Talk: Learn about the bats in our local caves and how we can help protect them.- Tasty Treats: Refreshments will be provided!- Admission: FREE!
