Description
Annual –Trail Run and Plunge!
Location: Meadow Creek Park, 19195 Clarkrange Hwy, Monterey, TN. 38574 (36.11537 N, 85.18784 W)
Recreational 5(ish)K Run Start Time: 9:00 a.m. CST
Runners can choose to plunge right after run, or wait and plunge with the plunge only crew @ 10:00am CST
Plunge Only (without run) starts at 10:00am CST (Age 13 and up only recommended)
Breakfast items, beverages, and swag item included with the price of a ticket.
Please Note:
Lake bottom is natural, shoes or water shoes are recommended.
No dogs, please. The trail is very narrow with many runners, so we are unable to accommodate trail pup participants for this one.
There will be an outdoor changing station available onsite (change of clothes post plunge and a warm blanket highly recommended).
We will have a few tents with small heaters onsite to warm yourself post plunge.
EMS will be onsite.
While we do not have an age restriction, we strongly recommend all plunge participants to be 13 years of age or older. All participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver and be present at the event.
