Success in real estate is often measured by numbers. Closed transactions. Sales volume. Growing teams. But for Sabrina Brazle, founder and broker of Provision Realty Group, the true measure of success has always been something far more meaningful: the people she serves.

Before opening her own brokerage, Brazle built a reputation as one of the Upper Cumberland’s top-producing real estate professionals. Her path into the industry wasn’t carefully planned, but shaped by resilience, determination, and a desire to build a better future for herself and her daughter.

“My journey into real estate was very serendipitous,” Brazle said. “I experienced a lot of hardship early in life, but looking back, those experiences gave me an incredible amount of resilience and taught me that if I wanted to build a different life for myself, I was going to have to work incredibly hard for it.”

After years working in hospitality, Brazle discovered that the skills she developed serving others translated naturally into real estate. Learning to anticipate people’s needs, solve problems under pressure, and genuinely care for clients became the foundation of her career.

One year ago, she took another leap of faith by launching Provision Realty Group with a vision unlike many traditional brokerages.

“I wanted to create the kind of company I wished existed,” Brazle said. “One where agents are genuinely supported without being expected to fit into one predetermined mold.”

That philosophy has already produced remarkable results. So far in 2026, Provision Realty Group has served 77 families, surpassed $29 million in sales, expanded into the Greater Nashville and East Tennessee markets, and grown to a team of seven agents. But for Brazle, those milestones tell only part of the story.

“What I’m most proud of isn’t necessarily the numbers. Those families didn’t come from buying leads or cold calling. They came through relationships, referrals, and our reputation for taking really good care of people.”

That commitment often extends well beyond the closing table.

Brazle recalls helping a longtime friend navigate the sale of her home after the loss of her husband. When an unexpected issue threatened the transaction, she refused to walk away until it was resolved.

“I want my clients to know that when I tell them I’m in their corner, I mean it,” Brazle said. “Even when the transaction is over, I still care about the person. I’m there until the bitter end.”

As Provision Realty Group enters its second year, Brazle remains focused on thoughtful growth rather than growth for its own sake. Investments in technology, expanded market coverage, and ongoing mentorship for agents are all designed to better serve clients while preserving the company’s core values.

“My dream is for Provision Realty Group to become a legacy,” Brazle said. “I want people to remember how we made them feel. I want them to say we fought for them, protected their interests, and cared about what happened long after the closing table.”

If the first year is any indication, Provision Realty Group’s greatest achievement isn’t its rapid growth. It’s the culture of excellence, authenticity, and care that Brazle is building one client, one agent, and one relationship at a time.
