Founded in 1971 by Nick Pappas, the restaurant has been a cornerstone of Cookeville’s dining scene for more than five decades. “Our customers have trusted us for a long time,” they shared. “We never take that for granted. Every day we come in here, we are trying to be worthy of that trust.”
